On September 13th, 2008 I was honored to be a speaker at the Mortgage Meltdown Seminar hosted by the Crenshaw Christian Center in Los Angeles.  I learned a lot about what's still happening to borrowers by unscrupulous loan officers, met a lot of great people and hopefully was able to help some people out.
